Buzzing

Ikea is maybe not the best place to be on a Saturday afternoon, just before students head off to their unis.

However it was fun shopping for a few bits and pieces so that my daughter is at least equipped enough to do some basic cooking when she gets to Stirling.

We stood a while at the checkout, patiently waiting in a queue to be served by a real person. My daughter knows its wise to keep me away from the 'express' self service checkouts as I always get annoyed by them.

You can see how hard the staff were working by the way the girl is blurred here. In their yellow uniforms they looked line very busy bees!
