Catch up: Part 6

This was the day Tess got borrowed.

Joel had his induction day at college, Richard went to work (Quelle suprise!), Gemma was somewhere, and a friend popped by to ask if Tess wanted to play over the road in the playground for a a little while. They ended up having Tess for the whole day, for lunch and a play on the beach and she had a great time.
So I cleared up the kitchen, walked the dog, generally pottered and then spent absolutely flipping ages in the greenhouse, cutting back the tomato plants. I'm growing far too many and I could hardly move in there. I kicked out about 20 of the largest, vilest slugs I've ever seen too.

Joel had a good day. He thinks he's going to really like his course. Phew.

Tess was finally returned to us at about 8pm, exhausted and with bellyache. She gets to eat things we don't give her at home when she goes to other people's houses!
