Squawk.......

.....still feeling like I've got acute man flu today. It was lovely outside, but I just wanted to be inside and sleep.......I think these weekend adventures are taking me longer and longer to recover from. Mrs Scobes took me for a run down to Newhaven this evening, did me good to get some fresh air.
