Sparkle!

Looking west towards the end of the Beara peninsula and America (presumably).

This is an immature Herring Gull flying towards it's parent. I'd watched it flying short distances and landing erratically and then saw through the binoculars that it has a wounded leg. So it's learning to fly lopsided and it's parent is obviously still looking out for it.
