Chilled out and flaked out.

I was on a twilight last night and didn't finish till late. I finally nodded off about 2am and had to get up early for my pampering.

I got there about 9 and had a cuppa. Anne did my toes first and then came the awesome back massage.

Anne practiced what we had done to us at the spa. It was fantastic. She really pummelled me in a nice way. The next was reflexology, I missed most of it because I was completely zonked from the back massage.

Kev and I popped to dads after as the nurse was coming to chat to him again about dialysis. I think that he is coming round to the idea now.

I nipped into town after to get my friend a moving in prezzy and I was still zonked lol.

Now I'm chilling in front of Footloose with Kevin Bacon.

My hair always looks like this when Anne gets her mits on it.
