New Direction

OK people, big news. The Carmenator has decided that Lewis* is no longer her favourite and she's moved onto Niall because she saw Lewis' hair in a magazine and he looked BLEURGH!

I am a little bit worried about the fickle nature of my first born in so much as her affection can be determined quite literally by which way the wind is blowing, but hey-ho.

Like a lot of young girls (and probably some boys) One Direction are her first band crush and in many ways it is quite sweet to behold. In other ways it does begin to grate after two hours of non-stop 1D factoids, but it's a small price to pay to spend some time catching up with her.

Like me she's looking forward to the weekend and seeing what the Kendal Mintfest has to offer!
