Giant courgettes rendered into pasta

The kitchen garden of a National Trust property we visited at the weekend had a stall for their excess produce. 50p in the honesty box bought me two curvy monster courgettes.

I tuurned them into pasta, naturally. Here with uncooked tomato sauce, and a walnut and seaweed 'parmesan'.
