Meet 16-year old Rohan

Rohan Alexander is 16-year old school student from Mumbai. This summer he has been volunteering on board IMPACT India's Lifeline Express hospital train in Madhya Pradesh.

“I greatly appreciate the work of all the doctors and staff on the train, who have selflessly dedicated their time and skills for the underprivileged. I hope to be as compassionate as them one day, so that I too could help in the development of rural areas. One of the most enthralling moments of my life was when I observed surgeries of the patients. That feeling of standing at the edge of the Operating Table while a person’s life was being transformed….. is indescribable”
