Glória

One advantage to getting up at 3am to catch a flight is seeing the sun come over the horizon from up high. There was even more glory than this, but here is our Lake, about fifteen minutes after take off, before the sun appeared.

And now we are in the bosom of our family, and it feels good. But knew I’d not have time to download photos or get my laptop out. We are child sitting the older grandkids, and will be heading to bed as soon as their parents arrive.

Gratefuls:
- an uneventful flight
- Tom picking us up from the airport
- Julia making us breakfast, bread for lunch, and dinner of curry and ice-cream for dessert, all homemade
- Paul and Felicity bringing prosecco for dinner
- the Welcome Home card Eden made us
- our bed made up, all so welcoming
- all of us going to meet Zion and Allegra from school
