Abstract Thursday....

....Yogurt pot. The day seems to have flown by and I've not achieved much, and almost forgot about blip. Looked around for the nearest thing, which was a large yogurt pot, and gave it a bit of icm...thanks Ingeborg  :)
The meds were delivered lunchtime by a friend's daughter, who lives locally. So kind of her as my friend is actually away for a long weekend, and couldn't help out. I think they have relieved the pain a little, or it may be easing naturally. I'm not sure.
A long chat with S who I shan't see this Friday, but who has offered to get some essentials for me on Saturday, as she and hubby will be shopping in my area. Aren't I  lucky!!
