Flower Friday...Cosmos

I still have some pretty cosmos in the garden, but not a lot else, and I'm collecting the seeds as much as possible, to spread them around next year. The garden needs a serious tidy up, but I can't tackle it at the moment. My back however, does seem a lot better, although bending over for a short while to pick another bowl of blackberries this morning, really made it ache badly!  I  haven't done a lot today. I had a nice call from M in Oz to see how things were, and the regular check in from G in HCM.  The biggest effort today will be to make an omelette for my dinner, with feta cheese and spinach. At least I can eat healthily even if I can't move around a lot.
