Progress

MrM is making progress on our 'garden room', albeit rather more slowly than hoped. It now has a door, though as yet there's no glass in it. Looking good, and I'll be glad when it's finished.

Spent some time browsing the internet this afternoon, and identified a couple of local groups that I'm interested in joining next term. Now need to contact them for more information.

This evening our kettle gave up the ghost. Not only has the on/off switch fallen off, but the part it was attached to is no longer functioning. Just out of guarantee -- a case of built-in obsolescence, methinks.
