KEFALONIA DAY 6

WIFI FRUSTRATION!!!
#Really overslept today so our planned early visit to the beach was an hour later than planned. By the time we had ordered breakfast it was 11:00….an hour on the beach just wasn’t going to be enough. Luckily we were able to delay our next port of call by an hour!!!
We enjoyed a dip and a read and repeat!!!
#Our next stop was a fabulous very unexpected blipmeet. We have been blip friends for 8+ years when we discovered a friend in common and realised we lived about 2 miles from each other. J moved recently and I thought we’d missed our opportunity and yet here in Kefalonia we met. It was really strange hearing her voice on the phone and trying to explain to non-blippers how we know so much about each other. We spent about an hour together meeting her husband and wonderful sons. H was an absolute delight. Thank you for allowing us to meet x
Then it was into the caves. Whilst The Rev, J and S went down I got a sneaky ice cream in!!! :)))
In the evening we had planned a BBQ but were told earlier that they were banned during the summer so it was an indoor cooking session. The fish and prawns were particularly delicious. Thanks Rev for not only chauffeuring all day but then cheffing…what a star xx
