The Shark

This here shark was bought on Murano back in 1976 by my Pa who had it shipped back to Adelaide. Custom's wanted to charge import duty on it but, in his usual charming and humorous way, managed to talk them out of it. He was good at that. He would just smile and be perfectly reasonable and people just ended up agreeing with him.

I've done a cartload of emergency blips on this but find it the hardest thing to photograph in situ and have always ended up using something else.

I imagine photographing glass to show it at its best does mean some careful setting up of the shoot. Remember Tussock's Boss giving me some tips way back when which I will try out one day. No time this evening.
