Pointers

Backblip for Wednesday 27/8. Finally got my appointment with Physiotherapy at Canalside Medical Practice in Bingley today, so went down the village to catch the bus. 3 way traffic lights were causing a long back up of traffic so the bus was 15 minutes late. Of course every red light was then against us on the way to town!  A short walk across town as quickly as I could manage, and 3 pelican crossings which took ages to change in my favour. Arrived with about 3 minutes to spare, but then of course had a bit of a wait as everyone was at lunch! The physio was very thorough and I left with numerous exercises to do which I had to practice before leaving. As I left the grounds I saw these signs with inspirational messages. Only chance if a photo today as I went on to do some shopping, and the bus home was then cancelled and a longish wait for the next one, so straight to 3 & Go once I arrived back in the village.
