Rain clouds

Was in bed before 9pm last night after a warm shower.  Read a bit then listened to the radio on my phone and drifted off to sleep.

Woke to rain.  The hound wouldn't thank me for a wet walk so had my first lie-in.  

Still coughing and sniffing.  Spent the morning reading as it rained outside.  It did feel cosy.  

Craved toast and Marmite for lunch.  

Kyro getting restless so dragged myself from my languor to walk the hound.  The fresh sea air and a view of the changing colours of the sea and sky did me good.  

Hoping I can shake this cold off overnight.

Mr has had a message of imminent visitors tomorrow.  Could do with some quiet time to recover.
