Cryogenic steak
After my meat fest experience from yesterday, I was in the mood for a good steak.
Too lazy to go to the store, I rummaged through the freezer looking for some. Right at the bottom, hidden under some other stuff, was this one.
Whadya think? Should I risk it? Or should I put it back until science comes up with a cure for 9 year old freezer burn?
Ah well. Until tomorrow....
