No vegans allowed

I was asked to shoot a BBQ competition., I didn't know they had such a thing before.
Teams of ardent BBQ enthusiasts compete for prizes and, it seems, have a blast while they do this. Setting up many hours before judging time, and cooking for hours and hours, their recipes and processes are trade secrets, and very closely guarded, several asked me to make sure that specific "things" did not appear in any photographs.
This team didn't win the grand prize of $3,000 but they did win several awards in categories such as chicken, brisket, ribs .
Funnily enough, the judges are the only people who actually get to eat all these delicious concoctions, but a little bit (and it was just a little bit), can be tasted by onlookers. Jaysus, was it good!

Ah well. Until tomorrow....
