More Garden Birds

I've finished the preparation work for the renovation of the lawns and today I overspread seed and top dressing to the front lawn and patches on the back. Can't say it looks good but hopefully if the seeds germinate it will soon improve.

I've mentioned before how much I love to see the long-tailed tits come into the garden, usually in a large family group. I've noticed recently that we are getting blue tits and great tits at the same time. Here one of the long-tailed tits is on the feeder with a blue tit behind.

Despite the weather forecast we dodged most of the showers today.
