Sulkies And Tears

Having been bogged down with admin and no pic to blip, I was putting the recycling out, my camera round my neck. What luck! I could see a couple of sulkies approaching. I so love to see these. I adore the way the horses/ponies trot and admire the way the drivers handle them. I am also touched by how the men take the children with them. They're learning horsey ways from the adults. They pass our property often and Mish loves to bark at them through the hedge. 

I was delighted when they turned round after passing our gate and stopped on the hard-standing outside. I've wanted to get photos for a long time but have never stationed myself outside to do so for fear of causing an accident. When I've taken pics from the gate in the past people have thought that it's a speed trap.

I had tears in my eyes when I was editing the photographs. I hope they like them.
