Chutney Day

Mango chutney day today. Our grandsons were disappointed when they went to Taiwan about 3 weeks ago, to find that they were going to miss the mango season as they love their mangoes.
I asked them to bring me back some dried mango and I would make some mango chutney. However our son said he can buy it easily now in large bags in the UK, so he brought me a bag before they departed. 
Chutney will be ready when I next see them. The house smells rather fragrant though!!
Extra is the chutney almost finished, plus finally in the jars.
