Late Summer Roses

It rained in the night, but the sunny spells after lunch encouraged me to get out for a walk.

I was delighted to see several rose bushes still showing their late summer blooms. If the weather cools off quite drastically, these could be the last ones, so it was definitely time to capture them! They’re so charming and their lovely colours will be missed in the depths of winter! Celebrating the first day of September with flowers!
