Let’s hover around

It may be the first day of meteriological autumn in the northern hemisphere (and spring in the southern hemisphere), and a lovely start it was too. 

I got my 10k steps in this morning walking by the River Esk, blipping these hoverflies on the Coulter’s Matilija Poppy (so said the app).
