Physio

I'm quite good at doing my exercises. I still need to find someone down this way. There are no bupa physios in Dumfries so I'll just have to pay someone for a few sessions. As my nhs physio was a 18 week wait and they took me of their list as I couldn't make the appointment they had given me as I was going for my surgery.  So I have to be referred again.  

Mr R had a great time with his mates yesterday.  I've said to him he should go on a diving holiday with them. He hasn't been away for years and after all the running around after me these last few months he deserves something.  

Look at my hair. The back is all new growth and no bald spots. How amazing is that. So I gave myself a haircut this morning and cut away all the straggly bits. It's still thin but I'm so pleased with how it's looking.  

The 2 big wildlings were away to a birthday party this afternoon.  So I offered to go food shopping with Mr R and the two wee ones. I wont be going again for a few weeks. It was way too much for my back being on my feet. And we were out the house for 3 hours. 
So I'm now lying on the sofa. 
Mr R will bath Harp and Carson after dinner. And I'll just have a catch up on blip. And fill my face with meds. 

5 of us didn't get a great sleep last night. 3 of us were on the sofa at one point together.
