The end

Today was the last day out at the Millbrook house. Mom and I did the final sweep through, tidied hoses and pulled out all the rotting soaker hoses. There were still some boxes and things to bring home and it still took most of the day but we. are. done!!!!!! Now Walt the realtor will call in the haulers to clear out all the shelves, junk, and furniture that is piled in the garage. That will be a job.
I certainly thought about it being my last time there as I was driving away. I'm not sure if Mom was sad or just glad the dang house is done. What a job. Now they have to try to get settled at the new house and there is too much stuff there. More sorting will be needed but it will only be in one place.
