PENSTEMON

Really poor sleep last night, didn't get to sleep until at least 4.00 am and then up again at 8 so I feel absolutely shatterpated now!!!!!   No reason for it, just one of those nights. 

Managed to get into town today to do bits and bobs along with Hubby and Garron.  Now home and just about to do a little bit of ironing before I sink into the sofa for the rest of the day!!

The flower I believe is a Penstemon, unfortunately it is not one of mine but I thought you might like it - its a wee bit like a foxglove I thought.
