THE NECTAR CAFE IS OPEN

A trip to the dental hygienist today.  All is well, they are very pleased with me apparently, I have now drastically reduced the gum disease.  So one more appointment just before Christmas and I can go back to 6 monthly check-ups, as long as I still continue to make progress.  So that is great.

I suspect the roads are going to be busy this weekend being the last weekend before school starts again so we won't be going very far.  

This bumbly enjoying ouor heather caught my eye today so he is my blip.
