Luca's birthday party

Luca will be 6 on Monday, but we usually have a party for him here on Anglesey, while we're still on holiday.
Today we were lucky with the weather: still windy, but mild, sunny and dry. By chance some friends of Josh's and Ruth's were on holiday on the island too, and came over, along with other old friends who live a short drive away. Plenty of time for games on the beach and in the garden.
Luca had a very happy day; here he is, blowing out the candles on the Wallace and Gromit cake he'd requested. 
This was made and decorated with great skill by Josh, Ruth and Marianna - a proper image of it is in the extra. 
We'll be up and about early tomorrow, to tidy up the house before heading home.
