Purpose

How quickly they grow!
The little one is 20 months while her big sister will be 4 next month. They both have huge personalities. I had a lot of fun with them this morning while mum was at work. I could have done without my body waking me at 6 to drive over though, 7 would have done fine!
This afternoon I planted up a couple of peony shoots which broke off yesterday. Both have growth buds at the base so I dabbed them in some rooting powder and put them shallowly in a pot with some support. We'll see how they get on.
We had a little rain off and on throughout the day, the morning was lovely, quite hot as we sat in the garden as you can see.
The other two girls and their mum are coming to stay over as K is on call again.
Tomorrow afternoon is the rehearsal for our new Rector's Institution Service on Monday - that's when I find out what I've actually forgotten to do!
