A busy day

Early start to get over to Burton on Trent for a hospital appointment with B. We made good progress and met the consultant for the test results. He was very helpful. B doesn’t have any symptoms, there is an underlying problem but they are going to monitor things. Much better than treating it unnecessarily and causing problems. At his age he is more likely to die of something else. It’s the option that we had hoped for, so we are happy.

We came home via Berkeley Garden Centre for coffee and cake, then a look round the shops. I got a new blouse and a couple of pairs of shorts for B. Pending holiday gives the excuse for new clothes, needed or not.

I didn’t buy any children’s clothes, but realised as we were leaving that I hadn’t taken any pictures. This range looked colourful!!!!
