Harbour Procession

A bit of a procession out of Lerwick harbour this afternoon.

A barge that I think is heading for work on the new Gruntess pier at Sumburgh being towed by one tug, escorted by another and the Lerwick harbour tug Knab escorting them all out of Lerwick. It's a slow tow expected to take over 3 hours to cover the 25 miles.
A closer view of the barge in the extra. Given the digger on board I wonder if it will be carrying out some dredging work.  I'm not sure that, even on a relatively calm sea, I'd be keen to be travelling on it.
