Move it!
Decided it was time to try & get my backside in gear, after the last 11 months of inactivity & weight gain, since my arm injury!
So a new zumba class with friend L from around the corner. The class is in the local church hall, literally 10mins away, so perfect, no excuses.
I’ve been having puffy calves, whilst the weather has been so warm, not drinking as much water as I used to, not walking 10k steps like I used to, spending so much time sat in the car, or van & sat watching C at his gigs…..none of this is helping I’m sure :-/
Despite having a dodgy knee, although it is slowly getting better, I threw myself into class, was like a wet rag by the time i’d done…. in hindsight should have waited to shower & do my hair post class, as you might be able to see from today’s blip!
Did feel better for it, not sure how my muscles will be tomorrow though :-0!
