Cherry Trees

Little Man and I stayed home today. I wanted to focus on Little Man's potty training. I honestly didn't think it would be this hard. Little Man still hasn't cottoned onto the feeling that comes before needing to use the potty. We have had a few puddles, but we have had a few successes as well, which I'm glad about. We're going to keep making steps in the right direction.

Because we stayed home today, this is the only photo I've taken today. These are cherry trees (one is a Kanzan cherry tree and the other two are Yoshino cherry trees). They blossom in the early spring and I really appreciated having the warning that warmer weather was comping. One of the trees has a few orange leaves, a sign of autumn. We've had a very hot, dry summer and a lot of trees are already showing signs that they're going to be shedding their leaves in an attempt to reduce moisture loss.
