Catching Up

It's been a while since Angela and I took a walk and had a catch up with illnesses and holidays getting in the way in recent weeks, so there was no hesitation when a message came through from her asking if I fancied heading out this afternoon.  Despite the shower at one point, we remained dry under the woodland canopy in St Ives Estate.

In the morning Tony and I took the train into Leeds for some shopping.  I needed a new UV filter for my camera ahead of the thousands of pictures I will be taking this weekend and I needed some advice about prospective future purchases.  I also picked up some craft materials for the next DG working day and we had cuppas and toasted teacakes in Waterstones before returning to the train station.
