Two more loaf cakes made today, apple & sultana. That makes 10 in total including yesterday’s pear & chocolate ones.
I’ll try apple & walnut cakes tomorrow and then, because I *still” have plenty of apples left, I’ll move on to apple scones, apple flapjack and spicy apple bars.
After that, I think I’ll need to lie down in a darkened room!
