It's Transformation Tuesday! These, and some of their friends, have been transformed into Pear & Chocolate Loaf Cakes.
And I *still* haven't used up all the apples I was given last week, so it's back to apple & something cakes tomorrow. What do we think? Apple & walnut, perhaps? If so, should I roast the walnuts first?
