Wednesday Rain
We had a much welcome .10” of rain this morning, arriving on the heels of a rare northwest Oregon thunderstorm. The fact that we get lightning so rarely (first one in two years), is a meteorological condition that I am ok with. And the temperature did not reach 80. Gravy over the grits.
Thanks for your thoughts on yesterday’s blip. Many of us of a like mind out there.
I saw this today, this spoken word from Andrea Gibson. Sadly, I learned that she passed just last month. I couldn’t find a video of her reading this incredible poem, but here is the poem and her words. In your otherwise busy day, break away for five minutes to let these words settle in.
