Oldie and a goodie

I've had the pleasure on this holiday of making these muffins more than once.  A great way to use up the excess zucchini harvest.

The process is made rather special by knowing that I'm following the rather sparse instructions of my daughter-in-law's great grandmother.  She clearly expected future bakers to be able to completely understand what was intended ! 

Not sure about her timing.  My 2025 versions took twice as long to cook, but straight out of the oven they were worth waiting slightly longer than 10-15 minutes for.
