Yet another glorious day; the type of day to trim the hedge, with CMC working on the borders.  Kenny provided a hot shot service by delivering me a blade for my saw.  Startling news is that I have heard Desmond has been cloned; I hope Blanche will be in touch.  The Current Mrs Creel made a batch of buns.  It only served to remind me that Lulu Macduff’s catchphrase was ‘Get you biscuits in the oven and your buns in the bed.’  We have been invited out for a meal this evening by Caroline, who stays across the bay.  We’ve already heard that Scullion has been having trouble with his pastry bag, and he has singed his eyebrows.  I’m going out on a limb and leaving my Debretts at HQ.
