Bliss. I've just been for an Indian massage with Rosie- TJ's daughter. She's newly qualified, very professional and pretty vigorous!! There was some serious knottiness going on in my shoulders which she got to grips with straight away. I think I need this weekly! Straight into the sea afterwards, heavenly. I'm now feeling very spaced out and this zoomified artichoke speaks volumes - blipped as I floated through TJs very lovely garden.
