Clouds

I was out just after 6:30 this morning…and the sky was beginning to look a bit ominous, even though it had been clear a few minutes earlier.

This a 12 shot panorama, stitched in Lightroom, looking towards the sunrise.

It did indeed start to rain about 15 minutes later ..initially just a few drops, but gradually the dots on the ground were began to join up!!

I almost got my waterproof out..but as it is just one of those cheap packup ones, I was loathe to put it on as it like wearing a plastic bag.

I sheltered under a tree for a few moments and the rain stopped..a lucky escape.

No more rain by lunchtime..even got the towel wash dried outside :-)
