Bike Heaven

Today we have visited St Martin de Ré with John having driven a very long way. We're now on the Isle de Ré with fascinating architecture and just so many bicycles! 
The town was full of bikes so I needed to capture a scene to express the nature of the place. There was also a brass band playing - mostly youngsters and having a great time, but the tuning and accuracy was a bit lacking! It all added to the atmosphere. 
The site we are on this evening is inside an old 17th century fort - though now with road access!!!
