Balines Lighthouse

Very tall but interesting. I managed to get a photo of the staircase ahead off the crowds ascending. A decent pic would only be possible with access outside of the crowds entering ..... 
A long way up but no especially outstanding views from the top. 

We're continuing our journey but beginning to wonder if we perhaps are trying to cram too much in. 

Extra (when I can get it to load) of a delightful ceiling painting in a derelict abbey, which became our lunch stop. Great acoustics in the old chapter house!
