Main activity: Sun - jog, around the house
Notes: Woke ~630a and got myself moving, did a quiet peaceful jog around the neighborhood for 30 min. Walked over the fitness center after the jog but was pretty much just all weights and a few cardio machines - wasn't impressed. Started a dark load, took a shower, made coffee. Phone call w/ Michelle about 50 min, skimmed thru the Sun Morning show and made another coffee/mush/Dandy blend hot beverage. Online for awhile, listened to another of the Telepathy Tapes podcast and read the writing Michelle recently did and just sent over. Sauteed some mushrooms and mixed in the meat & veggie mixture I keep adding to and eating part of. Another warm day and nice to just be inside. Caught up on more videos and did an Essentrics. Peaceful day.
