50th Reunion

This evening I went to the 50th Anniversary of Stratford on Avon Sub Aqua Club. It was a really lovely evening with plenty of laughter, and quite a few tears. I saw many people I haven't seen for years plus quite a few that I meet at events now and then and whom I've known for 48 years in some cases. 
My brother was there as he was a founder member along with 4 others. There was one other founder member there too this evening. My husband was one of the first to join the club in 1975. I joined in 1977 and Clive was allocated to me as my diving instructor, so that's how we met. 
My extra is one of the photos that someone else brought along. It's Clive on board a dive boat about 25 years ago, preparing his cylinders for a dive. It was taken in Normandy when he was there on a liveaboard boat to dive off the landing beaches in Normandy on some of the wrecks. 
Technophobe took a photo of me as I was just about to leave their house to go to the reunion and that is her Blip today.
