Branch manager again

Quick walk in the woods before sports training with Keely.
On the way home did a bit of shopping before walking in the woods again.
My foot has been rather painful, paracetamol takes the edge off it. The bruising has spread across most of my foot, I have been gradually building up my running mileage as I've entered a race towards the end of September. Hoping this doesn't put me out of action for too long
