Silly me

The day started so well, I met a friend at swimdog. She had offered to take photos of my two swimming. They both did well, Dina getting more and more confident and jumping off the high platform. We tried to get Keely to jump off the platform, but she just jumped onto the ramp, she's just not ready for it yet.
Back home it was so warm and sunny I decided to attempt replacing the wooden trellis. I'm glad I bought some new panels as the old ones just fell apart.
Stupid me, whilst painting the trellis with cuprinol, it got so hot I kicked off my trainers and put flipflops on, and pulled down my painting overalls and tied them around my waist. When I got up I managed to trip on the overalls that had worked their way down my legs and slipped on my flipflops down a small step. I looked down to check my ankle which I had scraped on the step and there was my little toe sticking out at right angle to my foot. Grabbed it quickly and straightened it before the pain set in. Taped it up, took some paracetamol and managed to finish putting up the first panel.
Wish I'd gone for a run LOL
