Don't Slip!

Has anyone ever actually slipped on a banana skin? I don't know of anyone, personally...

Today I went to town and bought two new pairs of trousers - one jeans and one non-scruffy joggers. I had some cash from a survey site and thought I'd treat myself to trousers no-one else's backside has been in!

I don't mind having second hand usually, it helps the charity shop and is cheaper. But occasionally it's nice to have new... Because of my enforced health regime, most of my old clothes are at least one size too big! 
While in town I took photos, but they could only be described as "meh". 

Brian planned to go uphill after work to take photos of people in Steampunk costume in advance of the annual big Steampunk weekend and I thought I could tag along. 

Then I took this shot and decided I liked it enough not to bother. I will try to get some Steampunk photos at some point this weekend though, as I love the outfits.

Today's Big News is that my eldest grandson Horatio did very well in all his GCSEs, mostly B's and C's, definitely what he will need for college. All the family are very proud of him!
