Weijtz

The evening of "Weijtz" orchestra in Borgholm was excellent. 92 people came to listen and experience the venue, not bad for a low season Wednesday concert. There was a lot of smiles on their faces when they left afterwards.
Preparations and rehearsals started at ten this morning, I started at one o'clock checking and adjusting how they sounded and bits of the afternoon was used for rehearsals, to get the band comfortable on stage. 

We had a longish lunch break where seven of us men (theres only one woman in the band) went to visit the Outdoor spa, or whatever I should call it, a bathing house with separate sections for men and women because bathing is in the nude. Theres also sunbathing, bathrooms and a sauna, in this case the sauna is for mixed genders. Many stays for hours enjoying the calmness, privacy and comfort of everyone looking like they do. The Swedish term is "Kallbadhus", a bathing house in the sea. See first extra. Avoid looking at the second extra if you are sensitive to too much skin of older men. Someone in our group absolutely wanted a picture of the occasion and one of the seven men took a picture. I don't even know if this kind of foto is allowed on blip, we'll see what happens. The occasion also meant I had my first bath of this summer, maybe even the last. The temperature in the water was at least twenty degrees, most agreeable.
