Double pool lizard

The pool lizard enjoyed his day on the sand at Redpoint, even though we had to share the beach (extra).

Apart from calling in at the village shop and Morrisons in Gairloch for provisions, and the Gairloch museum to take a peek at the RSW summer exhibition, we spent the whole day on the beach (again). We partook in all the usual holiday activities: picnicking, paddling, swimming, chatting, and reading. We also enjoyed the clear views of Skye and the Outer Hebrides across the water.

There were a couple of other (human) families on the beach at the same time as us, but it is so vast that we hardly noticed them at all.

Exercise today: none really (oh dear).
